US Economic Update: State Coincident Indexes from the Philly Fed

We love pictures as you know and the folks over at the Philly Fed have been busy producing pictures of the Philly Fed’s Coincident Index of monthly employment, unemployment, manufacturing hours and wages for each state. One can peruse these visually and see how the US has gone from Boom to Bust and back to an economic resurgence…and the latest Map from January shows the 3 month change by state – green is good and dark green is better btw…
